Julie Hudson has more than twenty years experience in the catering industry. She has taken these skills and the knowledgebase gleaned over this time to establish Quaycuisine, providing a full onshore catering management system for crews visiting and sailing in regattas around Cowes and further afield. This leaves them free to concentrate on their racing, secure in the knowledge that their needs are fully catered for. Quaycuisine excels in providing an excellent high class professional service, from simple fayre to the most elaborate meals, with the right wine or beverage to stimulate the pallet. Every detail is fastidiously taken care of.
Quaycuisine's services include crew house catering, onboard catering, house and yacht provisioning. Crew house catering consists of breakfast, racing lunch, and a three course meal in the evening with wine, all selected from a varied and carefully chosen menu. Julie also caters for crew parties and BBQs. While crews are out sailing, the crewhouse staff also clean the houses in readiness for the crew's return.

Quaycuisine is starting the season with the Redfunnel Regatta catering for crew houses and will be involved in once again all major regattas including the IRC Regatta,Round the Island Race, Cowes Week, Swan Week, and Little Britain and more.
This year we can provision your yacht or crew house with all local fresh produce and with our on line provisioning will deliver wine and spirits.
