About Quaycuisine

Julie Hudson set-up Quaycuisine in 2003. The company has grown exponentially for the last 3 years and in 2006 catered for many corporate clients and crew. Julie has trained a highly qualified team who provide the best possible service and highest standards of cooking and cleaning within the Marine Catering industry.

In 2006 Quaycuisine provided catering for The Nokia Festival, Society Weddings and many racing yacht crews. Quaycuisine continues to grow from strength to strength with 2006 being the company's most successful year to date. Quaycuisine is now consolidating its position in Marine and Ski catering by opening its own Sport and Leisure Catering training course.

Utilising Julie's 20 years of experience in Ski and Super Yacht catering the course is designed to provide training to its students that will enable them to work in the marine and ski environments, or for anyone wanting a basic introduction to catering. It covers everything from the Basic Food Hygiene, Wine and Spirits qualification and covering subjects such as how to design a menu and table setting.

2007 promises more for Quaycuisine with clients from 2003 returning and new clients signing up for next season already. With a new influx of freshly trained staff for crew houses, Quaycuisine's clients can look forward to the highest quality service and the best possible catering. Other new services will include provision of Food and Alcohol on-line ordering for crew houses which do not require catering but still require food and drink for their weeks or weekends. Clients will also have the ability to custom order Beer and Wine for their crew house from the Quaycuisine Website. We have an especially selected wine and drink list from which our clients will be able to select and order their own wine celler for their event.
